These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by TheBarros LLC, doing business as Zavros Network (“Zavros Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “You” / “Your” / “Customer” – An individual or entity using Zavros Network services.

  • “Services” – Cryptocurrency exchange, buying, and selling services provided by Zavros Network.

  • “Platform” – The online system operated by Zavros Network at https://zavros.network.

  • “Virtual Assets” – Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin that can be bought, sold, or exchanged using our services.

  • “Order” – A request submitted by the Customer for the purchase, sale, or exchange of Virtual Assets.

  • “KYC” (Know Your Customer) – Identity verification procedures required for regulatory compliance.

  • “AML” (Anti-Money Laundering) – Measures taken to prevent illegal financial activities.

2. Scope of Services

Zavros Network provides services for:

  • Buying and selling Bitcoin and other Virtual Assets using fiat currency.

  • Exchanging one Virtual Asset for another.

  • Transaction processing and security measures to ensure safe trades.

Zavros Network does NOT provide:

  • Investment, financial, or legal advice.

  • Custodial wallet services (you are responsible for storing your cryptocurrency).

  • Refunds or chargebacks on completed transactions.

3. Eligibility

To use Zavros Network, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

  • Not reside in a restricted jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are illegal.

  • Not be on sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN watchlists).

Zavros Network reserves the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion.

4. Account Registration & Verification (KYC Requirements)

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal information, including full name, address, date of birth, and government-issued identification.

  • Complete identity verification (KYC) before making transactions.

  • Not use false information or impersonate another person.

Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Transaction Processing & Fees

5.1 Orders & Execution

  • Transactions are processed based on real-time market prices.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reversed.

  • Zavros Network is not responsible for price fluctuations between order placement and execution.

5.2 Fees

  • Transaction fees apply and are disclosed before confirmation.

  • Blockchain network fees (e.g., Bitcoin mining fees) may also apply.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance

Zavros Network follows strict AML regulations, which include:

  • Identity verification (KYC) for all customers.

  • Monitoring of transactions to detect suspicious activity.

  • Cooperation with law enforcement agencies when required by law.

Suspicious activity may result in account suspension or reporting to authorities.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions

Zavros Network does not provide services to individuals or entities located in:

  • Sanctioned countries (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, Venezuela).

  • US states with restrictions (e.g., New York, Louisiana, Hawaii).

  • Any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency is illegal or heavily restricted.

If we determine that you are using our services from a restricted jurisdiction, your account may be immediately terminated.

8. Security & Account Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

  • Do not share account credentials with third parties.

  • Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].

Zavros Network is NOT responsible for losses due to user negligence (e.g., phishing scams, weak passwords).

9. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Zavros Network, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. These messages may include account notifications, security alerts, promotional offers, and other service-related updates.

  • Message Frequency: Messages will be sent periodically and may vary in frequency depending on your interactions with Zavros Network.

  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Privacy: For information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may also contact our support team to request removal from our SMS list.

11. Risks & Liability

Cryptocurrency transactions involve risks. By using Zavros Network, you acknowledge:

  • Bitcoin and Virtual Assets are highly volatile – their value can rise or fall dramatically.

  • Zavros Network is not responsible for losses due to price fluctuations.

  • You assume all risks related to cryptocurrency investments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zavros Network shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses due to market volatility.

  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence.

  • Service interruptions caused by blockchain congestion.

Our total liability shall not exceed the transaction fees paid in the last three months.

12. Refund Policy

All cryptocurrency transactions are final.

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical issues.

  • Incorrect amounts charged due to system errors.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Losses due to market fluctuations.

  • User errors (e.g., sending crypto to the wrong address).

13. Termination & Account Closure

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Zavros Network may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Your account is suspected of fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • We are required to do so by law enforcement or regulators.

Upon termination, Zavros Network may retain transaction records for compliance purposes.

14. Modifications to Terms

Zavros Network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance with new laws or regulations.

  • Security updates or service improvements.

  • Market conditions or industry best practices.

We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on https://zavros.network/terms-and-conditions/.

If you do not agree with the changes, you must terminate your account. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.

  • Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, USA.

  • No Class Actions: By using Zavros Network, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
